I’m one of the founders and the Executive Producer of The Crunch Collective, a Scotland-based theatre company dedicated to championing new voices and bold, audience-focused work. In our first year, we were nominated for a Scottish Emerging Theatre Artist Award, recognising our commitment to creating space for early-career artists and original storytelling.

I helped launch The Crunch Collection, our flagship initiative presenting a brand-new piece of theatre each month. Designed to spotlight emerging talent and encourage creative risk-taking, it brings together different teams to develop and stage fresh work at pace. For me, The Crunch Collective is about breaking down barriers in theatre—bridging grassroots energy with professional ambition and giving artists the platform to make the kind of work they want to see in the world
